Scott Willoughby

Financial Security Advisor
Investment Representative

Scott started his business career in retail sporting goods in the 1980's. After significant growth his store joined the Source For Sports Group where he was elected to the board of directors and eventually became chairman. After a successful career with this store as well as other business ventures Scott entered the financial services business with Freedom 55 Financial.

He works to gain an understanding of what really matters to his clients and his past experience helps him grasp the needs and challenges of his business clients. Scott founded Willow Tree Wealth in 2016 to further help his clients reach and protect their financial goals.

Scott is very community minded. He has been involved with hockey leagues and coaching in St. Thomas and still enjoys playing. He is the past president and an active member of St. Thomas Golf & Country Club and is currently on the Board of the Elgin-St. Thomas Community Foundation. Scott enjoys spending time with his children and grandchildren. He lives with his wife Kathy in Port Stanley.

Christian D'Andrea

Financial Security Advisor
Investment Representative

As an Associate Advisor with Willow Tree Wealth Management, Christian is able to leverage the experience of his partners, consultants and specialists in order to provide the best possible level of service for his clients. He strives to provide comprehensive advice in the areas of insurance and investment planning for families and professionals looking to grow their assets, protect their families and businesses, and ensure their wealth is efficiently passed on to future generations.

In 2012, Christian completed a 4-year Bachelor's of Science Degree at McGill University in Montreal, QC. He then spent a year as a ski instructor in Whistler, BC, before moving home to London, Ontario. He has been working in the financial industry since 2013 where he began with Freedom 55 Financial, and is continuously looking to expand his knowledge and expertise.

Christian's community involvement comes in many forms. He has been fortunate enough to sing with the Amabile Choirs of London, Canada for several years and represent London in numerous national and international competitions and festivals in cities from Los Angeles, California to Vienna, Austria. He has been a member of the Board of Directors for the past three years and looks forward to many more with the organization. He also serves as Chair of the Board of Directors for the London Heritage Counsel which serves as an extension of the City of London Culture Office and organizes several heritage and cultural programs in the city of London, some of which include Doors Open London, Museum School, Community Heritage Investment Program (CHIP), and Trails Open London.

Roland Kawka

Administrative and Marketing Associate

As an Administrative and Marketing Associate with Willow Tree Wealth Management, Roland works with each client to provide the highest level of service possible. He strives to provide accurate and timely administration for each of our customers to make sure their needs are being met. Roland began working for Scott Willoughby in December 2018 and is looking forward to working with the entire Willow Tree Wealth Management Team.

After completing his Honors Undergraduate Degree at the University of Western Ontario, Roland started off as an Auditor at London Life, focusing on auditing life insurance policies before moving onto the Group Disability Department at Great-West Life where he was tasked with processing both Short & Long-Term disability claims for group clients. In December 2018, Roland made the switch to Freedom 55 Financial as a Marketing Associate, working for Willow Tree Wealth Management. Roland takes pride in his ability to help advisors grow and maintain their business while providing clients with a high degree of customer service.

When Roland is not a work, his hobbies and interests include reading and travelling. Roland enjoys reading books dealing with political issues and the global environmental governance. As for his travel plans, he has already visited the United States of America, Dominican Republic, Mexico, Jamaica, Poland and Germany with a goal to visit every country in Europe and the Caribbean. Roland also enjoys playing intermural basketball and baseball.
